A Women’s Health Hub is a coordinated model of care that brings together existing women’s health services into a single, accessible service within the community.

Rather than being one physical location, a hub is a network of appropriately trained healthcare professionals working across primary community and specialist care to provide holistic person-centred support throughout a woman’s life.

By integrating services such as contraception, menstrual health, menopause care, cervical screening and management of common gynaecological conditions, women’s health hubs aim to improve access, reduce fragmentation, deliver more joined up care, and improve health outcomes while reducing unnecessary referrals to secondary care.
